UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO is one of the leading vertically integrated agro-industrial companies in Ukraine. The main activities of “UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO” are: growing crops; sugar production; animal husbandry (dairy and meat); grain processing.
The land bank “UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO” is currently 100.5 thousand hectares, located mainly in the Vinnitsa region. The company employs more than 4,600 people.

At the end of 2023, UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO produced 250 thousand tons of sugar and took 3rd place in Ukraine in terms of production with a share of 19% of the total sugar production in Ukraine.
UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO is the largest exporter of sugar to the EU in the 2022/23 season, with a 29% share in the total export of Ukrainian sugar.
UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO supplies sugar to leading processors and retail chains in Ukraine.
The company has its own raw material base, which allows 100% supply of processing facilities with raw materials. This guarantees independence from external suppliers, allows you to control the cost of the product and guarantee its high quality.

The key crops for the company are sugar beet, wheat, soybeans, corn, sunflower. The company has a fleet of modern equipment, in particular: ROPA and Holmer beet harvesters, John Deere, Fendt, CASE, Claas tractors, Vaderstad, Kverneland, Horsch, KUHN seeders, etc. High-quality equipment, along with the use of original seed material, fertilizers and protective equipment, allows get the maximum effect from the use of modern agricultural technologies. The yield of individual crops in the production divisions of the company exceeds the average Ukrainian indicators by 20%.

The company’s animal husbandry is represented by two areas – dairy and meat. The number of cattle, Holstein American selection, is 6,000 heads, of which 3,000 are dairy herds. One of the priority areas of dairy farming is the cultivation and sale of highly productive Holstein heifers. The farm has the status of Holstein breeding farms. The meat direction – pig breeding, represents the production of 10 thousand marketable pigs per year, three-breed Landrace-Yorkshire-Duroc, grown according to Italian technology with a standard weight of 180 kg +, which ensures a mature taste and marbling of meat.
“UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO” is the leader of the Ukrainian flour-grinding industry. Thanks to the well-established supply chain, VKHP No. 2 operates year-round.

Crop production

The production enterprises of UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO specialize in the cultivation of sugar beet, cereals and oilseeds, in particular wheat, corn, soybeans, sunflower. The company uses a scientifically based approach to crop rotation, which, along with the use of advanced agricultural technologies, allows increasing yields and improving the quality of cultivated land.
To store the harvested crop, the company has its own elevator facilities. The technology of storing grain in bags is also widely used.
Thanks to the updated fleet of machinery, the company is able to carry out agrotechnical operations at the optimum time, which allows to reduce production costs and increase profitability. The company plans to further increase yields through the introduction of modern scientific developments and optimization of technological operations.

Animal husbandry

Animal husbandry in the company “UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO” is represented by two areas – dairy and meat.
The dairy business is represented by a herd of 6,000 cattle, of which 3,000 are dairy cows.
The company is constantly working to increase productivity and improve quality, investing in the reconstruction and construction of new areas for livestock. According to the results of 2022, the actual milk yield per forage cow amounted to 11,000 liters, which is almost 15% higher than the average Ukrainian indicator.

The meat direction is the production of 10 thousand marketable pigs per year, three-breed Landrace-Yorkshire-Duroc, grown according to Italian technology with a standard weight of 180 kg +, which ensures a mature taste and marbling of meat.
As part of the meat business, the Company focuses on the latest achievements in pig breeding and feed production. Particular attention is also being removed to biosecurity issues.

Grain processing

“UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO” is the leader of the Ukrainian flour-grinding industry. According to the results of 2022 VKHP No. 2 took 1st place in terms of flour production in Ukraine and entered the top five domestic exporters of this product.
The processing capacity of the plant is 670 tons of wheat per day.

Responsibility

The social responsibility of UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO has a multilevel character. First of all, it provides for the fulfillment by the company of the obligations that the company assumes to shareholders and communities in the settlements where it leases land. We are talking about both obligations to each specific shareholder (to pay rent, provide land cultivation services, other obligations stipulated by the lease agreement), and social investments aimed at developing the regions of presence, environmental protection, professional development and protection of personnel .

Environment

“UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO” in its activities is guided by the principles of sustainable agriculture. The use of modern machinery and agricultural technologies not only reduces harmful emissions into the atmosphere, but also minimizes the negative impact on soils. In addition, the company takes a very balanced approach to the formation of crop rotation and does not grow crops that negatively affect soil quality (for example, rapeseed).

Rural community support and charity

Support for territorial communities in the regions of presence is an important component of the activities of UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO. Social initiatives are aimed primarily at improving the quality of life of people living in the regions where the company operates. Today, the company takes care of 92 villages and 73 village councils.
The Company promotes the integrated development of regions, equalizing the living conditions of the rural and urban population, in particular by providing rural settlements with social infrastructure facilities. Traditionally, the focus of the company are kindergartens, schools, feldsher-midwife stations. The company is also involved in the implementation of such socially significant projects as the construction of water and gas pipelines, road repairs. The Company maintains an active dialogue with representatives of the communities, and together with them decides on the priorities of the social development program in a particular region.
In general, the budget of the social development program in 2014 amounted to UAH 6 million. (or 60 UAH per hectare of leased land)
An important area of social responsibility of UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO in 2014 was assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as employees and shareholders mobilized for service in the ATO.
